DressCODE Return Policy
As a small and local business, we strive to be a thoughtful and diligent role model in our industry, for our community, and our customers. All our decorated apparel is custom made to fulfill our customer’s needs. We are committed to 100% satisfaction, please review our following policies:

NO REFUNDS – All purchases are not eligible for refunds. All sales are final.
NO RETURNS – All purchased products are not eligible for returns. All sales are final.
EXCHANGES – The exchange of purchased products will only be limited to decoration defects, misprint, or manufacturer’s quality. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to file a claim on apparel defect or quality issues. DressCODE cannot exchange for wrong sizes purchased. Refer to all the provided sizing charts before purchasing.
CANCELLING ORDERS – Our customers may cancel their orders DURING the current open ordering period of when the order was placed. When cancelling an order, all fees associated with your order will not be refunded. Once the current ordering period closes and all orders are sent to production, no cancellations will be granted.
BULK ORDERS – When placing a bulk order, we recommend purchasing sample(s) beforehand to verify color, sizes, and quality. Samples purchases will be reimbursed with a placed order of the sampled products. Samples are not eligible for return. If the customer chooses to waive the sample option, all purchased products will be ineligible for refund or return unless the situation apply to the exchange clause.
